Tropical Sun Jamaican Curry Powder 100g

The islands of the Caribbean offer tropical temperatures, fragrant breezes, aqua blue ocean, golden beaches and exotic cuisine influenced by a melange of cultures. Our unique Jamaican Curry Powder combines the flavourful pimento (allspice), a staple ingredient in Jamaican cooking, and the quintessential Indian spices. Using 1 tablespoon per 500g, rub the curry powder into chicken, meat or fish and then marinate for a few hours before cooking. Alternatively, use our curry powder as in ingredient whilst cooking.
